8. Building card

In Pythagoras Buildings, each building is linked to a building card. Using a building's building card, you can view, review, add and edit the information set for a building. The building card usually plays a central role when working within Pythagoras Buildings. In this chapter you will find information about the building card. To access a building's building card, you must either open or create a building. At the same time as you open a building, the building card linked to that building will open. If you create a building, the building card linked to the building you create will open at the same time as the created building is opened.

In the building card you will find thirteen tabs: "General", "Properties", "Supplement objects", "Floor plans", "Workspaces", "Cleaning", "Persons", "Leases", "Document", "Errands", "Processes", "Operations" and "Security". Within the tabs called "Supplement objects", "Workspaces", "Cleaning", "Leases" and "Errands" you will find a number of lists that you can create, edit and delete views with predefined column settings from. If you have access to multiple views, you can select which view you wish to show in a list.
