Within the tab called "Documents", you have access to the document manager at building level.
In the document manager, you will find a number of folders that are placed at different levels in a tree structure that we call the "document tree". In the document tree you will find two main folders: a shared folder and a folder that is specific to the building you have opened (see image below). Note that the folder that is specific to the building you have opened shares its name with the current building. If you have opened a building with the name "Huvudkontoret", it means that the building specific folder of the document manager will also be called "Huvudkontoret". No matter how many folders the document tree contains, the different folders will be linked either to the shared folder or the building specific folder. Working with the document manager at building level, you can, among other things:
add folders to the shared folder
add folders to the building specific folder
add documents to the shared folder
add documents to the building specific folder
download documents available in the shared folder and/or subfolders of the shared folder
download documents available in the building specific folder and/or subfolders of the building specific folder.
