Within the tab called "Cleaning" you will find a list of workspaces available in the building you are working with. In the workspaces list found within the tab called "Cleaning" you can see the cleaning information set for the workspaces available in the building you are working with. Note that the workspaces list contains a number of columns. The columns found in the workspaces list depend on the selected view. A view consists of a number of predefined column settings. If you have access to several views, you can select which view to show in the workspaces list.
When within the tab called "Cleaning" you can:
view the cleaning information set for the workspaces available in the building you are working with
open the workspace or workspaces available in the building you are working with
access the document manager at workspace level
remove workspaces from the building you are working with
filter the workspaces list
create Excel exports with workspaces list content.
Within the tab called "Cleaning" you can also select, create, edit and remove views with predefined column settings from the workspaces list.
