Within the tab called "Errands" you will find a list of errands linked to the building you are working with. In the errands list you will find a number of columns. The columns found in the errands list depends on the type of errand you are working with and the view shown. A view consists of a set of predefined column settings. If you have access to several views, you can select which view to show in the errands list.
Within the tab called "Errands" you can:
view the errands linked to the building you are working with
open the errands linked to the building you are working with
filter the errands list
create Excel exports with errands list content
Within the tab called "Errands", you will also be able to select, create, edit and remove views with predefined column settings from the errands list.
