8.6. Dates

Within the tab called "Dates" you will find date settings (see image below).

Via the tab called "Dates" you can:

set a sign date and a start date for a lease
specify whether a lease should have a time limit or be ongoing
set an end date or a lease length for a lease
set an alarm length for a lease
terminate and reactivate a lease
set a termination lock and an extension length for a lease
extend a lease
set a notice time for a lease
terminate a lease
cancel the termination of a lease
set a reference date for a lease
manage termination and extension options.

In order to:
set an end date, a lease length or en extension length for a lease the lease must be time limited
add a break/termination option or an extention/renewal option for a lease the lease must be time limited
extend a lease the lease must have an extension time and be time limited
set a termination lock for a lease the lease must be ongoing
reactivate a lease the lease must be terminated
set a reference date for a lease at least one lease party must be terminated.
