If you are not already on the tab in question, click the tab called "Cleaning" (see the first image below). Clicking the tab called "Cleaning" will open a list of the workspaces available in the building you are working with (see the second image below). In the workspaces list you will find a number of columns. The columns found in the workspaces list depend on the selected view. If you have access to more than one view, you can select which view to show in the workspaces list. For more information on selecting which view to show in the workspaces list, see section 8.14.1.
Go to the workspaces list.
Go to the column you wish to filter (see the first image below). In the column you will find a filter icon (see the second image below).
Click the filter icon (see the first image below). When you click the filter icon, a column specific filter window will open. In the filter window you will find either two numerical fields or a list of objects you can filter (see the second and third image below). What the filter window looks like depends entirely on which column you have chosen to filter.
To filter using a filter window containing a list of objects:
Go to the filter window (see image below).
Select the object or objects you wish to filter by
entering a search string in the filter field and check or uncheck the checkbox called "Select all" (see image below)
select one or more individual objects in the list of objects (see image below).
Specify whether or not empty values should be included in your filter. This is done by checking or unchecking the checkbox called "Blanks" (see image below).
Click the button called "Filter" or the Enter key on your keyboard (see the first image below). When you click the button called "Filter" or the Enter key on your keyboard, a filter will be performed. When a filter has been completed, you are redirected back to the workspaces list. In the workspaces list, you will find the workspace or workspaces you have filtered ( see the second image below). Note that you can filter in several columns at the same time. If you wish to make your filter more specific, you can filter one or more of the columns you have not yet filtered. For more information on how to reset the workspaces list after filtering, see the end of this section.
To filter using a filter window containing two numerical fields:
Go to the filter window (see image below).
Enter an interval in the numerical fields (see image below). An interval can be, for example, an area interval or a person interval.
Click the button called "Filter" or the Enter key on your keyboard (see the first image below). When you click the button called "Filter" or the Enter key on your keyboard, a filter will be performed. When a filter has been completed, you are redirected back to the workspaces list. In the workspaces list, you will find the workspace or workspaces that could be matched to the interval you filtered (see the second image below). Note that you can filter in several columns at the same time. If you wish to make your filter more specific, you can filter one or more of the columns you have not yet filtered. For more information on how to reset the workspaces list after filtering, continue reading under the images below.
To reset a column after filtering, click "Reset" in the column's filter window (see the images below).
