Go to a list, for example the supplement objects list within the tab called "Supplement objects", the workspaces list within the tab called "Workspaces", the workspaces list within the tab called "Cleaning", the leases list within the tab called "Leases" or the errands list within the tab called "Errands". In the list you go to, you will find a view button in the form of a Settings icon (see image below).
Click the tab for which you wish to create a view. This is if the list you are working with contains two or more tabs. If the list you are working with does not contain any tabs, you can skip this step and go directly to step 3.
Click the Settings icon (see the first image below). When you click the Settings icon, a list of views will open (see the second image below). In the views list you will find the views you have access to when working with the list you are currently working with. The views you have access to are split into two categories: "Common Views" and "Personal Views". The common views are available to all users in your organisation. The personal views are only available to you. Note that the view shown in the action log is marked with a checkmark. Also note that if you have not created any personal views, you will only see shared views in the views list. Once you have created one or more personal views, you get access to personal views in the views list.
Go to the views list (see image below).
Click "Select Columns" (see the first image below). When you click "Select columns" a view card will open. In the view card you will find two areas: "Active columns" and "Available columns" (see the second image below).
Go to the view card.
Select which columns to include in the view you wish to create. This is done by checking and/or unchecking columns in the area called "Available columns" (see the first image below). The columns whose checkboxes you check will be added to the area called "Active Columns". The columns whose checkboxes you uncheck will be removed from the area called "Active Columns" (see the second image below).
Select the order in which the columns you have selected are to be presented. This is done by moving one or more columns in the area called "Active columns". To move a column, grab the column, drag the column into the desired position, and drop the column in that position (see the images below).
Click "Save As" (see the first image below). When you click "Save as" a dialog called "Save the view" will open. In the dialog called "Save the view" you will find two fields: "Available to all users" and "View name" (see the second image below).
Go to the dialog called "Save view".
Specify whether or not the view you are creating should be available to all users registered in Pythagoras Web. This is done by clicking the field called "Available to all users" and selecting "Yes" or "No" in the dialog that opens when you click the field (see the images below). Once you have specified whether or not the view you are creating should be available to all users registered in Pythagoras Web, you will be redirected back to the dialog called "Save View". In the field called "Available to all users", in the dialog called "Save view", you will be able to see if you have specified that the view you are creating should or should not be available to all users registered in Pythagoras Web. Note that in order for you to specify that a view should be available to all users registered in Pythagoras Web, you must be an organisation administrator. If you are a regular system user, you can not specify that a view should be available to all users registered in Pythagoras Web. If you specify that a view should be available to all users registered in Pythagoras Web, the view will be added to "Common Views" in the views list. If you specify that a view should not be available to all users registered in Pythagoras Web, the view will be added to "Personal Views" in the views list.
Name the view you are creating. This is done by entering a name in the field called "View name" (see image below).
Click "OK" in the dialog called "Save View" (see the first image below). When you click "OK" in the dialog called "Save view", a view with the name you entered and the column settings you made will become available in the list you are working with. At the same time as the view you created becomes available in the list you are working with, it also becomes available in the views list (see the second image below).
