Open a lease. For more information on how to do so, see section 4.6. or 6.1.
Go to the lease card (see image below).
Click the tab called "Areas & costs" (see image below). Within the tab called "Areas & costs" you will, among other things, find a heading called "Property tax". Note that you will have to scroll the lease card to find the heading called "Property tax".
Specify whether the property tax should be set or calculated by clicking the field "Type of calculation" and then selecting "Set" or "Calculated" in the list that opens (see image below).
Use the active fields found to the right of the field "Type of calculation" to add more property tax information to the lease you are working with (see image below). Note that the active fields are different depending on whether the property tax is set or calculated.
