If you are not already on the tab in question, click the tab called "Supplement objects" (see the first image below). Clicking the tab called "Supplement objects" will open a list of supplement objects linked to the building you are working with (see the second image below). In the supplement object list you will find a number of columns. The columns found in the supplement object list depend on the selected view. If you have access to more than one view, you can choose which view to show in the supplement object list. For more information on selecting which view to show in a list such as the supplement object list, see section 8.14.1.
Go to the supplement object list.
Go to the column you wish to filter (see the first image below). In the column you will find a filter icon (see the second image below).
Click the filter icon (see the first image below). When you click the filter icon, a column specific filter window will open. In the filter window you will find either two numerical fields or a list of objects you can filter (see the second and third image below). What the filter window looks like depends entirely on which column you have chosen to filter.
To filter using a filter window containing a list of objects:
Go to the filter window (see image below).
Select the object or objects you wish to filter by
entering a search string in the filter field and check or uncheck the checkbox called "Select all" (see image below)
select one or more individual objects in the list of objects (see image below).
Specify whether or not empty values should be included in your filter. This is done by checking or unchecking the checkbox called "Blanks" (see image below).
Click the button called "Filter" or the Enter key on your keyboard (see the first image below). When you click the button called "Filter" or the Enter key on your keyboard, a filter will be performed. When a filter has been completed, you are redirected back to the supplement object list. In the supplement object list, you will find the supplement object or objects you have filtered( see the second image below). Note that you can filter in several columns at the same time. If you wish to make your filter more specific, you can filter one or more of the columns you have not yet filtered. For more information on how to reset a column after filtering, see the end of this section.
To filter using a filter window containing two numerical fields:
Go to the filter window (see image below).
2. Enter an interval in the numerical fields (see image below). An interval can be, for example, an area interval or a circumference interval.
3. Click the button called "Filter" or the Enter key on your keyboard (see the first image below). When you click the button called "Filter" or the Enter key on your keyboard, a filter will be performed. When a filter has been completed, you are redirected back to the supplement object list. In the supplement object list, you will find the supplement object or objects that could be matched to the range you filtered (see the second image below). Note that you can filter in several columns at the same time. If you wish to make your filter more specific, you can filter one or more of the columns you have not yet filtered. For more information on how to reset a column after filtering, continue reading under the images below.
