If you are not already on the tab in question, click the tab called "Leases" (see the first image below). Clicking the tab called "Leases" will open a list of leases linked to the building you are working with (see the second image below). In the leases list you will find three tabs: "Active", "Archived" and "All". But that's not all. In the leases list you will also find a number of columns. The columns found in the leases list depends on the view shown. If you have access to more than one view, you can select which view to show in the leases list. For more information on how to select which view to show in the leases list, see section 8.14.1.
Go to the leases list.
Click one of the following tabs: tabs: "Active", "Archived" or "All" (see image below).
Go to the column you wish to filter (see the first image below). In the column you will find a filter icon (see the second image below).
Click the filter icon (see the first image below). When you click the filter icon, a column specific filter window will open. In the filter window you will find a list of objects you can filter (see the second image below).

Select the object or objects you wish to filter by
entering a search string in the filter field and check or uncheck the checkbox called "Select all" (see image below)
select one or more individual objects in the list of objects (see image below).
Specify whether or not empty values should be included in your filter. This is done by checking or unchecking the checkbox called "Blanks" (see image below).
Click the button called "Filter" or the Enter key on your keyboard (see the first image below). When you click the button called "Filter" or the Enter key on your keyboard, a filter will be performed. When a filter has been completed, you are redirected back to the leases list. In the leases list, you will find the lease or leases you have filtered ( see the second image below). Note that you can filter in several columns at the same time. If you wish to make your filter more specific, you can filter one or more of the columns you have not yet filtered. To reset a column after filtering, click "Reset" in the column's filter window (see the images below).
To reset the leases list after filtering, click "Reset" in the building card's bottom left corner (see the images below).
