There are two ways in which to open a lease: via the map and the object list. Here you will find information on how to open a lease via the map. For more information on how to open a lease via the object list, see section 6.1.
To open a lease via the map:
Show the map and the KPIs (see image below). For more information on how to do so, see section 4.1.
Show only the map (see image below). For more information on how to do so, see section 4.3. If you wish to show both the map and the KPIs you can skip this step and go straight to step 3.
Go to the object list (see image below).
Click the tab within which the lease you wish to open is available: "Active", "Proposals", "Archived", "Alarmed", "All" or "Signings" (see image below). Note that, to have access to the Signings tab, your organisation must use digital signing with Scrive in Leases.
Make sure that the lease object associated with the lease you wish to open is visible on the map by filtering it on the map. To filter a lease object on the map you can either use the navigation tree or filter the object list. For more information on how to filter the object list, see section 6.3. Note that if the lease object associated with the lease you wish to open is already visible on the map you can skip this step and go straight to step 6.
6. Go to the map.
7. Click the map marker associated with the lease object that the lease you wish to open is linked to (see the first image below). When you do so, a list of leases linked to the lease object you are working with will open (see the second image below).
8. Go to the lease you wish to open (see image below).
9. Click "Open" in the window (see the first image below). When you do so, the lease you are working with will open. When a lease opens, so does its lease card (see the second image below). Via the lease card you can work with a lease. For more information on how to do so, see chapter 8.
