Open the fix leases card. For more information on how to do so, see section 6.5.1.
Go to the fix leases card (see image below).
Click the tab called "Fix lease alarm" (see image below). Within the tab called "Fix lease alarm" you will find a leases list. The leases displayed in the leases list depend on which alarm type is active.
Specify which leases you wish to show in the leases list by going to the list settings menu, clicking the field "Select alarm/action", selecting an alarm type in the list that opens and then making more choices in the list settings menu (see the first, second, third and fourth image below). Note that if the list settings menu is not open, click the list settings icon to open it (see the fifth image below).
Specify that the view you wish to base your Excel export on is to be shown in the leases list (see image below). For more information on how to do so, see section 3.1. in this manual.
Remove any filtering that should not be included in your Excel export (see image below). To remove filtering from the leases list, clear the list of filters or reset one or more columns. Note that if you neither wish to clear the leases list of filters nor reset one or more columns, you can skip this step and go straight to step 7.
Filter the leases list if you wish to limit the content of the export you are creating (see image below). For more information on how to do so, see section 6.5.9. Then continue reading the sub-section "Filter the leases list". If you do not wish to filter the leases list you can skip this step and go straight to step 8.
Right click a lease to open a menu (see image below).
Click "Export to Excel" in the menu (see the first image below). When you do so, the leases list will be exported to Excel (see the second image below).
