The folders you add to the shared folder will be associated with all objects available in Pythagoras Web whereas the folders you add to the object specific folder will only be associated with the object it is associated with.
To add folders to the document manager, you can use:
the manual method
the standard structure method.
The manual method works with both the shared and the object specific folder. The standard structure method only works with the object specific folder.
