11.3. Work with the general settings of a lease object
When managing the general settings of a lease object you can:
set a name, a popular name, a type, a rent, an area and a status for a lease object
link addresses to the lease object
view which addresses are associated with the lease object
remove addresses from the lease object
link lease adjustments to the lease object
remove lease adjustments from the lease object
add statuses in Pythagoras Web
rename the statuses available in Pythagoras Web
remove statuses from Pythagoras Web.
Note that you can not set a vacancy status on a lease object. The vacancy status is controlled by the existence of active leases:
If there is an active lease for a lease object it will automatically receive the status "Leased".
If there is no active lease for a lease object it will automatically receive the status "Vacant".
When working with the general settings for a lease object, you do your work in the lease object card. When you enter any type of information in a field in the lease object card, you must click outside the field or in another field for the information to be saved.
