Open a building. For more information on how to do so, see section 4.6.1., 5.4.3. or 6.1.1.

Go to the building card (see image below).

Click the tab called "Work Orders" (see image below). Within the tab called "Work Orders", you will find a list of work orders associated with the building you are working with.

Specify which work orders you wish to work with (see image below). Click the field "Select work order module". Then select a work order module in the list that opens. The work orders available in the work order module you select will be filtered in the work orders list. If you only have access to one work order module, you can skip this step and go straight to step 5.

Click the tab within which the work order you wish to open is available: "My work orders", "In progress", "Finished" or "All". If the module you selected in step 4 is part of the standard work order module, you can skip this step and go straight to step 6. You will not have access to the tabs in question.

Filter the work orders list if you wish to limit its contents (see image below). For more information on how to do so, see section 8.14.3. If you do not wish to filter the work orders list you can skip this step and go straight to step 7.

Click the work order you wish to open (see the first image below). The work order you click will open. When a work order opens, so does its work order card (see the second image below). Via the work order card you can work with a work order. For more information on how to do so, see chapter 7 in the Work Order manual. You will find it here.
