6.5.3. Create a report with lease object information
When it comes to lease objects, we have three standard reports – one that shows basic data, one that shows the vacancy rate and one that shows the occupancy rate. The report that shows basic data lists lease objects with basic data while the report that shows the vacancy rate shows lost income and the report that shows the occupancy rate shows how many of your leased rental properties are leased. The ways in which you create the three reports are slightly different. Therefore, we have divided this section into three subsections.
