Click the tab called "Lease objects" (see image below).
Make sure that the correct navigation folder is selected in the navigation tree (see image below). Only the lease objects associated with the selected navigation folder will be included in your report.
Remove any filtering from the object list that should not be included in your report. To remove filtering from the object list, either clear it of filters or reset one or more columns. If you do not wish to clear the object list of filters or reset one or more columns, you can skip this step and go straight to step 5.
If you wish to limit the number of lease objects included in your report, filter the object list (see image below). For more information on how to do so, see section 6.2. If you do not wish to filter the object list, you can skip this step and go straight to step 6.
Click the icon "Reports" (see the first image below). When you do so, a report card will open (see the second image below).
Go to the report card.
Click the tab called "Lease objects" (see image below). When you do so, a list of lease object reports that you can create will open.
Go to the list of lease object reports.
Click "Adjust" below the report "Lease object lost revenue report" (see the first image below). When you do so, a window via which you can adjust the report "Lease object lost revenue report" will open (see the second image below).
Specify to which period the report should apply by selecting a start date via the field "Start date for time interval", and an end date via the field "End date for time interval" (see image below). Note that this is not mandatory and you can skip this step if you want.
Click "Generate" (see the first image below). When you do so, a report showing vacancy rate will be created (see the second image below). In the report you will see lost income, that is income lost because of the lease objects you chose to include in your report not being leased.
