5.3.2.3. Select which texts to show in the workspaces available in the model
Via the floor plan view you can select which texts to show in the workspaces available in the model. When selecting which texts to show in the workspaces available in the model you can either add texts to the workspaces or remove texts from the workspaces.
For more information on how to add texts to the workspaces available in the model, see the heading "Add texts to the workspaces available in the model" below. For more information on how to remove texts from the workspaces available in the model, see the heading "Remove texts from the workspaces available in the model" below.
Add texts to the workspaces available in the model
To add texts to the workspaces available in the model:
Go to the drawing window (see image below).
Place your cursor in the field called "Texts" (see the first image below). Placing your cursor in the field called "Texts" will open a list of texts that can be shown in the workspaces available in the model (see the second image below). Note that the texts currently shown in the workspaces available in the model are marked with check marks in the list of texts.
Select one or multiple texts you wish to show in the workspaces available in the model. This is done by clicking one or more unmarked texts (that is, texts without a check mark) in the list of texts (see the first image below). Note that the texts you select will be marked with check marks (see the second image below). Also note that the texts you select will become visible in the model (see the third image below).
Remove texts from the workspaces available in the model
To remove texts from the workspaces available in the model:
Go to the drawing window (see image below).
Place your cursor in the field called "Texts" (see the first image below). Placing your cursor in the field called "Texts" will open a list of texts that can be shown in the workspaces available in the model (see the second image below). Note that the texts currently shown in the workspaces available in the model are marked with check marks in the list of texts.
Unmark one or multiple texts that should no longer be shown in the workspaces available in the model. This is done by clicking one or more marked texts (that is, texts with a check mark) in the list of texts (see the first image below). Note that the marked texts you click will become unmarked (see the second image below). Also note that the texts you unmark will no longer be visible in the model (see the third image below).
