Pythagoras Web is a web application consisting of eight solutions: Buildings, Leases, Cost Manager, Surveys, Cleaning, Work Orders, IFRS 16 and Energy. Some of the Pythagoras Web solutions can be divided into modules. Cleaning and Work Orders are examples of such solutions. Cleaning consists of the modules Cleaning Calculation and Scheduling, while Work Orders consists of the modules Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance and Planned Maintenance. Buildings can either consist of a module-free solution or consist of two modules – the Building module and the Asset Management module. Whether Buildings is a module-free solution or consist of the Building module and the Asset Management module depends on whether your organisation uses the Asset Management module or not. If your organisation uses the Asset Management module, Buildings will consist of the Building module and the Asset Management module. If your organisation does not use the Asset Management module, Buildings will be a module-free solution. Note that when you work in Pythagoras Web, you only have access to the solutions and modules your organisation uses, which means that you may not have access to all the solutions and modules of which the application consists.
In this manual you will find a more detailed description of the module called Planned Maintenance. Via the module called Planned Maintenance you can work with planned maintenance. Note that we, in this manual, will call the module the PM module.
