The files you upload to the shared folder will be associated with all objects available in Pythagoras Web whereas the files you add to the object specific folder will only be associated with the object it is associated with.
To upload files to the document manager you can use:
the drag-and-drop method
the select folder method
the select file method.
Note that the document manager contains a version manager that enables you to access different versions of the files uploaded to it.
